The schematic design: model-style renders and base floor plans to decide together before investing in detail. When it fits the project, I add brand design for identity.

Architectural project
The final design: high-impact renders and complete architectural drawings, so everyone speaks the same language.

Calculation and detailing so what’s designed stands — efficient and safe.

Engineering (MEP)
Hydraulic, sanitary, electrical and special systems, coordinated with the architecture to avoid surprises on site.
